Our Next Day Delivery service is to the following postcodes TN1, TN2, TN3, TN4, TN5, TN7, TN8, TN9, TN1O, TN11, TN12 , TN13, TN14, TN15, TN16, TN17, TN18, TN30, TN31, TN32, TN6, TN19, TN20, TN21, TN22, TN23, TN24, TN26, TN27, TN29, TN33,TN34, TN35, TN36, TN38, TN39, TN40. These deliveries are made Monday - Saturday. Next Day Delivery orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be delivered Monday.

Next Day Delivery is free for orders over £30.00, orders under £30.00 will incur a £5.00 charge.

Courier Delivery orders up to 20kg in weight are available if your postcode is not listed above, please select £6.50 Courier Delivery fee at checkout. Your order will be processed upon receipt and delivered within 48 hours, however there are no Courier Deliveries on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday.

Please ensure you are in to receive your delivery as produce needs to be refrigerated immediately.

Next Day Click and Collect option is also available in store. This option is free, with no minimum order.

Product weights should be considered a guideline minimum weight and thus exact product weights will vary.

We will do all that they we can to ensure that your order is fulfilled. Products are, however, subject to availability, market and weather conditions and seasonal changes so there may be occasions that a product is not available for delivery. If this is the case products will be substituted for the closest available and the delivery driver will notify you if this is the case, if you are not satisfied with the substitution please hand back to your driver and a refund will be processed.

Your submission of an order amounts to an offer to enter a contract to buy the products from Park Farm butchers. You cannot then withdraw or cancel your order.

All prices for products are inclusive of any applicable VAT.

You are responsible for making suitable arrangements to receive your delivery and giving us appropriate instructions. In the event that your delivery is stolen from your doorstep or damaged while there, we do not accept liability, and will offer compensation at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse to accept orders from any customer; considerations of delivery problems may give rise to such a refusal.

If we are unable to deliver to you, or have to deliver late, for reasons beyond our control, for example adverse weather conditions, strike actions, vehicle breakdown, traffic congestion or supplier failure, we cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or loss that this causes.
