Farming since 1930, their cheeses are made with milk from their pedigree Guernsey herd by the Cheesemakers of Canterbury. This cheddar style cheese is named after the late Thomasine Ann Manford (known as Tam), who spent her whole life on Hinxden Farm.
Deep yellow in colour, with a strong flavour.
