Sweet Mustard Ketchup

We make it with a combination of wholegrain and smooth mustards and a measure of sugar and spices for perfect balance. A delicious baste for steaks, sausages and chops, it also brightens up mayonnaise, sarnies, and potato or halloumi salads.
